Job Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Plumbers to join various team and provide exceptional plumbing services to our customers. As a Plumber, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and safety of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute plumbing installations and repairs
- Adhere to plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and prevent hazards
- Estimate materials and labor costs for plumbing projects and provide accurate quotes to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to assess their plumbing needs and explain proposed solutions
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors on construction and renovation projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent
- Valid plumbing license or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a plumber
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work in tight spaces and physically demanding environments
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
