- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and products
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and debris removal from assigned space
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under the supervision of skilled workers
- Assist with basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to perform strenuous tasks in a variety of weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
