We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them to our hotel and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make reservations for guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality establishment
