Job Description
We are looking for skilled and personable Bartenders to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from guests and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Provide recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences and menu offerings
- Ensure that all beverages are served promptly and responsibly
- Following legal drinking age and alcohol consumption guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Stocking supplies, cleaning glasses and utensils, and disposing of waste properly
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Monitor and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff
- Collaborate with other team members and management to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender
- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Valid bartending certification or license
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
