Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms including toilets, sinks, showers, and fixtures
- Make beds and change linens according to established standards
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and dining areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
