Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing inventory for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of merchandise
- Accurately record and track inventory using computerized systems
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Prepare orders for shipment by carefully wrapping and packaging items
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including storage areas and shipping/receiving docks
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and efficiency targets
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Desired Skills
Experience operating warehouse equipment
Familiarity with inventory management software or systems
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
