Job Description
We are seeking skilled and passionate Gardeners to join our team and help maintain and enhance our landscapes and gardens. As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that delight and inspire.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of gardening tasks including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and lawns to ensure they are healthy and thriving
- Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed to maintain plant health
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools
- Assist with landscape design and implementation projects as directed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the garden
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Good physical stamina
- Endurance to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
